Part by part, not one disclaimer
"Nothing here is deployed" is easy to write and tells a reader nothing about which half to trust. Below is every part of this site and what is actually true of it.

And the things that are not true
Stated plainly
- Nothing here has been audited. Not the vault, not the harness, not the front end.
- No Spate vault is deployed by us, so there is nothing with a track record and nothing holding anyone's money.
- The unlock does not abolish the JIT capture; it prices it by time held, and the row where it pays out in full is printed on the flood page beside the rows that flatter it.
- The Gauge sees minutes of history, not days, because this node prunes state — and it finds that horizon by bisection each time rather than assuming it.
- The arrivals measurement covers a single window. A tail statistic measured over 30,000 blocks did not converge, and is reported as censored rather than printed as though the censoring bound were the answer.
- There is no token and no contract address. If you find one claiming to be this, it is not.
